1.    HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: (A) To enter by mail: On an Official Entry Form or a piece of 3" x 5" paper, print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, date of birth, participating child’s name and age of child. One entry per stamped envelope. Entries must be received by 10/15/09, when sweepstakes ends. (B) To enter online: log on to www.atlantafalcons.com, click on the “News” directory and then the “Fan Promotions” tab on the left rail. The main promotions page will include a write-up describing the Oscar Mayer Dash for Cash Sweepstakes, please follow the on-screen entry instructions.

2.    ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the GA, TN, AL, and SC, 18 years of age and older as of 7/6/09, except for employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Atlanta Falcons Football Club, L.L.C. (“Falcons”), Publix Super Markets, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Winner’s guest must be between 8 – 14 years old by 10/15/09, when sweepstakes ends. Void where prohibited.

3.    DRAWING: Two random drawings will be conducted during the sweepstakes period (7/6/09-10/15/09) with one drawing on or about 9/15/09 and one drawing on or about 10/15/09 by the Falcons. Two (2) winners will be selected in each drawing from among all eligible entries received by the business day immediately preceding date of the drawing. Non-winning entries from the first random drawing will be retained for the subsequent random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and must sign and return (or a parent or legal guardian must sign if a minor) any required Affidavit and Release within 3 days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By participating in sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Falcons, which shall be final in all matters. By participating, winner agrees to hold Publix Super Markets and Promotion Parties, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Participation also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its affiliated companies will not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or prize notices or for any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by Sponsor, at its sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.

4.    PRIZES: Four (4) Grand Prizes (2 Grand Prizes per drawing): Two (2) Tickets to an Atlanta Falcons home game (exact game date to be determined by the Falcons, anticipated late November 2009) at the Georgia Dome, a $100 Publix Gift Card, and participation in the Falcons Halftime Show. The Halftime show will include a skill contest where college scholarships will be awarded to the participating teams. Each team will be comprised of the grand prize winner and his/her child. Child must be between the ages of 8 – 14 years old by 10/15/09, when sweepstakes ends. Complete details concerning the Halftime Show skill contest will be provided by the Falcons prior to the event. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of tickets and gift cards - $230. In addition, the participating child of the winner of the Falcons Halftime Show contest will be awarded a $5,000.00 scholarship. The remaining children will each receive a $1,000 scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded in the form of an I-Bond by the Atlanta Falcons. Total prize value: $10,380. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize; all unspecified expenses are the winner’s sole responsibility. Limit one prize per family/household. Winner and winner’s child must be able to attend the Atlanta Falcons home game as determined by Sponsor and the Falcons or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are available to be won. Game dates are subject to change without notice. Potential winners may not substitute the child listed on the entry form, except as within the sole discretion and approval of Falcons and Sponsor.
