1 cup matchlike carrot sticks

4 cups torn salad greens
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Make It!

HEAT oven to 425°F.

 

CRUMPLE 4 large sheets of foil to make 4 (3-inch) balls; place on baking sheet. Place 1 tortilla over each ball; spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. chili powder. Bake 6 to 8 min. or until tortillas are golden brown. (Tortillas will drape over balls as they bake.)

 

MEANWHILE, brown meat with carrots and remaining chili powder in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup salsa; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

 

MIX mayo and remaining salsa in large bowl. Add salad greens and tomatoes; toss to coat. Fill shells with greens mixture, meat mixture, cheese and cilantro.

1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

Make It!

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix. Stir 2 min. or until completely dissolved; set aside. Place chocolate, marshmallows and COOL WHIP in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred. Gradually add gelatin, beating with whisk after each addition until well blended.

 

POUR into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

 

TOP with berries just before serving.

1 egg

9 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained

Make It!

HEAT oven to 375°F.

 

BROWN meat with garlic and oregano in large saucepan. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in tomatoes.

 

MIX egg, cottage cheese and Parmesan. Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with layers of 3 noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1 cup remaining sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles and sauce; cover.

 

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through. Uncover; top with remaining mozzarella. Bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
